Refund policy
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns

To be eligible for a change of mind return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Returned in original packaging

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@merrimerii.com with:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and any damage
We will assess your situation and, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. We cover return postage for faulty or damaged items.
